In 2018, Carlos Guzman, Alan Gucovschi, and Nicolás Turbay—a group of friends in Miami—were dreamers who thought the community-living experience needed to be revamped.

Pulling all-nighters in their car shed as they tinkered with new bits of software and continued polishing their design, the team started growing and what started as a passion project has evolved into the ALL-IN-ONE community management platform for condos and HOAs in the digital age.
