CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

LOCATION: COLOMBIA

Will be responsible for customer inquiries for technical information and assistance. You will be responsible for write-ups and computer input of support tickets. Escalate technical issues to the proper Department heads such as the Development or Leadership team. Maintain excellent communication with customer and, when appropriate, act as liaison between Support and Account Management.

ONBOARDING/ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

LOCATION: COLOMBIA

Will be responsible for providing our customers with an excellent implementation experience. Effective communications with our customers are key along with the ability to inform Management of problems and situations which you alone cannot resolve.

LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

LOCATION: COLOMBIA

Will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Acquisition Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has the ability to work autonomously to generate product demos.

ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: COLOMBIA

will be responsible for the development, cultivation and sales of the ONR Platform (SaaS subscriptions) to Condo and Home Owners Associations (HOAs). As a Sales Manager, you will engage with Property Managers and Association Board Members to prospect, demonstrate and secure ONR Subscriptions and add-on services. This position requires you to be capable of working in a high volume, fast-paced environment from the comfort of your home office. It also requires strong presentation skills and demonstrating, with cameras on, to small audiences in English.
