As you explore ChatGPT, you’ll learn the best prompts to make it work to your advantage, asking it to assist you in streamlining communications, sending automated messages, and posting reminders regarding important HOA matters, such as upcoming meetings or maintenance projects. Note: lawyers still know more than AI, so always consult with one when addressing legal issues.
